One Michelin Key The Murray, Hong Kong, has appointed Fernando Corona as executive chef to lead the hotel’s food and beverage catalogue, inclusive of name-brand venues Popinjays, The Tai Pan, and MIAN. 

Fernando’s CV boasts an impressive tenure across the global Rosewood portfolio, holding former roles as executive chef at Rosewood Hong Kong, strategy leader at Rosewood London, and director of culinary operations at Rosewood Beijing.  

Prior to his hotel stints, the chef led the kitchens at three-Michelin-starred restaurants Arzak in San Sebastián and El Celler de Can Roca in Girona.
