Joining Babette and Chouchou, the newly formed restaurant group Hora is bringing 180º Fire Grill to Central for a dose of charcoal-kissed fiery meals.
The culinary doctors are taking over the former location of Yurakucho Izakaya. The menu is focused on “Western fire-based cooking food,” Hora co-founder Clément Jacquel shared with Foodie.
If anything is to be expected from their sister venues of fine French gastronomy, 180º could rival other steak restaurants within its field. It is expected to open in September.
