ROUCOU is making a push westwards with a new concept opening this summer.

Debuting in Wan Chai, eagle-eyed Starstreet Precinct workers and residents have noticed red and white advertising hoarding teasing the opening of RÀF by ROUCOU.

At RÀF, ROUCOU exclusively tells Foodie to expect “a cosy neighbourhood drink menu offering, plus some healthy drink options during the day.” The restaurant’s new location retains a “casual food focus,” with the “origins [remaining] cheese.”

The Wing Fung Street restaurant finds its home one floor below Ask for Alonzo.

ROUCOU earned a Michelin Guide recommendation listing this year. It offers Hong Kong’s first cheese omakase.

Rubin Verebes is the Managing Editor of Foodie, the guiding force behind the publication's viral stories. With a knack for cooking up mouthwatering profiles, crafting immersive restaurant reviews, and dishing out tasty features, Rubin tells the great stories of Hong Kong's dining scene.
