There’s a very exclusive perk in store if you book brunch at Kimpton Tsim Sha Tsui Hong Kong’s rooftop bar: access to Swim Club’s gorgeous infinity pool, way up there on the 50th floor, as well as the hotel’s wellness facilities on the 11th floor (steam rooms, saunas, and whirlpools).
Swim Club’s newly launched Baja Brunch (HKD558 pp) on Saturday and Sunday from 12PM to 4PM has a pretty sweet price tag considering the included privileges. The brunch menu is the perfect match to the bar’s laid-back SoCal vibe.
You’ll ease into the food side with vibrants snacks of beetroot carpaccio and tortilla chips with guacamole and salsa, followed by a variety all-you-care-to-eat seafood-based starters the likes of the yellowtail ceviche, mussels with garlic and parsley, and French oysters.
The main course involves a choice per diner, with highlights of a beetroot-cured salmon or vegan poke bowl, fried shrimp po’boy, and grilled Hawaiian beef skirt. It’s the tableside tres leches on the menu for all for dessert.
Several free-flow beverage packages are available as add-ons, priced at HKD168 per person for non-alcoholic drinks and from HKD188 per person to include Prosecco, red and white wine, beer, and selected cocktails.
The same-day pool and wellness perks are granted to brunch-goers from 12PM to 7PM, so think of this dining experience as a mini-holiday. DJs are on board on Saturday, whilst Sunday caters to families.
