The Baker & The Bottleman’s friendship with Wan Chai is over this year, Causeway Bay is the bakery’s new best friend.

After four years and some on Wan Chai’s Lee Tung Avenue, the bakery will be moving to Leighton Road in Causeway Bay targeting an opening in mid-to-late November.

The bakery-cum-restaurant, which is currently hosting an extended meat grill pop-up for Marrow till Sep. 30, will close from early-to-mid October for the move to the next neighbourhood over.

The Baker & The Bottleman earned its stripes with a line-up of fine-dining-standard pastries with British influences in the daytime, matched with a meaty sharing programme at night. The bakery is an arm of Simon Rogan’s Roganic group in Hong Kong.
