Three South Korean chefs starring on Netflix’s Culinary Class Wars are coming to Hong Kong from Sep. 21 to 27 for the Mid-Autumn K-Festival Week hosted at Central Market.
The weeklong festival brings forth activities, shopping, and performances in the K-food, K-beauty, and K-culture spaces, in conjunction with Korea’s own Chuseok harvest festival celebrations.
Chef Monk Sunjae from season 2 of Culinary Class Wars and chefs Lim Hee-won and Park Joon-woo from season 1 will be headlining daily cooking demonstrations and masterclasses on Korean food at the ground-floor stage of Central Market during the festival.
On the second floor of Central Market, a K-food marketplace will be hosted, selling Korean snacks, beverages, and festive Mid-Autumn treats.
On Sep. 25 from 6:30PM to 9PM, the Full Moon Party brings festive meals, performances, and music for a taste of how Koreans celebrate their own harvest festival.
