SPIGA is marking a decade in Hong Kong with its founding chef Enrico Bartolini returning to christen a five-chef-strong dinner on Oct. 3.
Joined by former SPIGA chefs and members of Enrico Bartolini’s dining empire, the Italian restaurant invites chef Paolo Olivieri of Dieci, Julien Zampieri of Amo-Ago, David Mazareanu of Enrico Bartolini Hangzhou, and Alessandro D’amico of Amici Bali for a night led in part with SPIGA’s Pasquale Russo.
The night (HKD1,388 pp.) opens with aperitif’s at Portico, before yellowfin tuna tartare and local market prawn pasta mista grace the table. A carnaroli risotto and Italian-style M9 Wagyu beef follow, before a warm chocolate mousse rounds off the menu.
In a statement shared with the restaurant’s loyal fans over the decade, SPIGA said: ”This milestone would not have been possible without the unwavering support of SPIGA’s guests. The SPIGA team extends its deepest gratitude to its patrons and looks forward to welcoming them to this celebration of ten years of excellence.”
