A new part-café, part-wine bar called Casual has opened in Wan Chai promising a space for music, natural wine and coffee, art exploration, wellness, and more.

Open Tuesday through Sunday, Casual’s space is blocky and concrete, complete with surround sound speakers, a dedicated wine bar for customers to enjoy filtered coffee, natural wine, and bar bites, their dedicated record shop & concept store, and a back room for hosting events.

Daytime and evening food and drinks menus will be offered to diners and partygoers, with more details to be shared soon on their website.

Laying down funk, disco, jazz, house beats and more at Casual’s listening room, and powering their record shop, are resident DJs Casamusica, Jeremy Cheung, Kirby Anderson, MLCH, and Zora Chan.

Events coming up this October include a wellness social gathering hosted by Andrew Crox and other experts on Oct. 18, live band performance by Reggie the Leaf on Oct. 22, and a cheese club hosted by La Cabane on Oct. 27.
