Bouillon is celebrating a marvelous six years cooking bistro-style fare in Sheung Wan with a four-course anniversary menu (HKD498 pp.).

The menu opens up with a trio d’entrées of classic egg mayo, foie gras terrine, and paté en croute. A poisson course continues with grilled scallops with parmesan emulsion and a viande of beef tenderloin rossini.

A dessert of passionfruit creme brûlée caps the meal with a glass of white, rosé, red, or ice lemon tea.

Founded by chef Johan Ducroquet, Bouillon focuses on chic bistro cuisine with a mix of classics and creative recipes and a focus on artisanal produce and wines.

Boasting 160 references, Bouillon zeroes in on family-owned wineries from France and the Old World and eco-friendly vineyards.
