From now till Jan. 3, 2027, the K11 Art Mall branch of Choubo Kissaten will be serving up pink-powered dishes and drinks themed around Japan’s beloved Hello Kitty character.

On the food side, two menus inspired by the Sanrio character are up for ordering. For diners whose tastes run to the saltier side of the spectrum, the Hello Kitty Pink Ribbon Celebration Set (HKD388) includes a mentaiko-based rosé pasta dish, cream soup, pink-bow-topped finger sandwich, and pink-hued apple soda.

Those with a sweet tooth can instead enjoy the Hello Kitty Showa Romance Sweet Dreams Set (HKD188) featuring a strawberry parfait layered with berries, cream, biscuits, and apple mousse cake paired with sweet red bean milk.

Celebrating a birthday in November or December? The Hello Kitty Birthday Set (HKD308) sounds like a fun option, coming with a themed mini strawberry cake, table decorations, and photo memento. Please WhatsApp 9731 0429 at least three days in advance to book this experience.

Like all kissatens in Japan, Choubo Kissaten is a retro, specifically Showa era, café chain with locations throughout Hong Kong dishing out nostalgic Japanese-Western comfort food.
