The 21-year-old Mandarin Oriental The Landmark will be getting a new champagne bar as the Central hotel reopens on Jun. 1 following a year-plus-long renovation.

Joining the hotel’s already stellar F&B programme with the likes of Amber, SOMM, Sushi Shikon, and Kappo Rin in the line-up, Blanc de Noirs comes to the hotel’s seventh floor in a sleek black and silver space specialising in premium cuvées.

The fancy interior design of the champagne bar comes courtesy of Steve Leung Hospitality, with Hong Kong-based designer Joyce Wang of Joyce Wang Studio leading the design direction for the hotel’s rooms and hotel spaces, inspired by Hong Kong stately homes and the fusion of Qing Dynasty and Western motifs.

Blanc de Noirs is set to open ahead of The Cellar Immersion, a new dining experience within Amber’s wine cellar that will preview in early May.
