Aptly named for what it serves with utmost luxury, the Champagne Bar at Grand Hyatt Hong Kong hosts one of the cities largest collections of champagne by the glass, with 12 pours available, and by the bottle. The bar has 68 different champagne bottles imported directly from Reims, Cóte des Blancs, Vallee de la Marne, and Cóte des Bar.

2. The Krug Room

As the only Krug Room in the world, champagne lovers can step inside the Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong to explore the vibrancy of Krug’s vintage bottles, the largest collection of Krug champagne in Asia. The room is open from 6:30PM Tuesdays to Fridays. On their tasting menu, guests can explore the flavours of Krug Rose, Krug 2011, and Krug Grande Cuvée.

3. Pacific Bar

Pacific Bar holds the current record in Hong Kong for stocking the most champagnes on offer by the glass with 15 pours of rosé, brut vintage, brut non-vintage, blanc de blancs, and grower champagne varieties. Not to be confused by the Grand Hyatt’s venue, their Champagne Bar features five champagnes from artisanal producers Vincent Bliard (Hautvillers), JM Labruyere Prologue (Verzenay), Louis Dousset (Verzenay), Regis Poissinet (Marne Valley), and Elemart Robinson M321 (Vallee de l’Andre).

4. Caprice Bar

At the Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong, the bougie Caprice Bar attached to three Michelin star Caprice serves up champagne and the most luxe of vibes. It’s a place to impress a business or romantic date. Two champagnes by the glass are available to order at the bar, namely R. Pouillon Grande Vallee Brut and Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay. Seven champagne bottles are on the menu, ranging in price from HKD1,320 to HKD9,800.

5. The Drawing Room

The afternoon tea-specialist restaurant inside the St. Regis Hong Kong hotel stocks a powerful range of champagne. The Drawing Room carries three champagnes by the glass: Pettois-Lebrun, Blanc de Blancs NV, Perrier-Jouët, Grand Brut NV, and Charles Heidsieck, “Rose Réserve” NV, inclusive of 13 bottles available to order at the venue costing HKD950 to HKD4,280.
