Mere weeks since chef Tiffany Lo closed jean may after five years operating in Hong Kong, the French-trained chef is back to open a new French restaurant in Kai Tak!
Suzette is set to open in June 2026 at the Cullinan Sky Mall in Kai Tak, attached to the brand new residential development.
The French bistro will focus on classic French dishes familiar to Hong Kong, including the venerable sweet crepes suzette.
Suzette launches under the Silver Spoon Restaurants, which operates Gaylord, Quiero Más, The Bayside & O’Thai, and The Cipollini.
