This Mother’s Day, Indian food favourite Gaylord is celebrating mums with a non-vegetarian tasting menu that features the restaurant’s classics. Kicking off with a complimentary glass of Prosecco or mango lassi, the menu includes mushroom bulchao puri, gunpowder prawns, palak patta chaat, tandoori dill honey salmon, truffle butter chicken, and strawberry rasmalai from the menu’s offering of 13 courses.

Quiero Más is going all out to celebrate Mother’s Day this year with a brunch complimented with live music, and a six-course dinner menu with both coming with a complimentary welcome sangria or signature gin & tonic available for both menus. 4. Cuisine Cuisine (ifc)

Set alongside the harbour inside a grand dining room, Cuisine Cuisine knows how to treat its guests. Formerly Hue, perched right above the harbourside madness on the Tsim Sha Tsui shore, MoA Dining continues to wow guests with a stunning view, and a quality Mother’s Day menu this year. The menu kicks off with a sharing of five starters, including salt-baked cauliflower and French onion croque madame, before a choice of one main per person, with our top picks going to the grilled three-yellow chicken or the pan-seared red snapper. Regent Hong Kong’s star-studded Qura bar (that also feels like a restaurant) is serving their French GourMay four-course menu during the Mother’s Day period. Centered around a theme of Savoie, France’s southwestern region, the menu features white asparagus, crozets au sarrasin pasta with beaufort cheese, pan seared perch, la tarte aux myrtielles blueberry tart, and a cheese platter.
