WHISK Dining Atelier at The Mira Hong Kong is combining two of the world’s biggest culinary obsessions – cheese and chocolate – in the launch of a delicious-sounding monthly experience at the hotel’s dining-event venue.
Debuting on Sep. 4 and continuing once a month on select Friday evenings (looking ahead to Oct. 4 and Nov. 13), WHISK’s new Chocolate & Cheese Mania (HKD588 pp) headlines these two gourmet items in a pairing platter featuring five premium French cheeses courtesy of Cheese Club, including 36-month Comté, truffle-infused Camembert, and Bleu de Séverac, matched expertly with five Valrhona chocolates.
But that’s not all the chocolatey and cheesy goodness in store at WHISK! Diners can also look forward to an all-you-can-eat spread of even more French cheese varieties and chocolate sweet treats. The live stations are a highlight, showcasing the likes of a smoked cheese fondue fountain, pasta carbonara, chocolate raclette, and chocolate lava cake.
Each monthly event is hosted by a cheese master who will share tasting notes, pairing suggestions, and more.
