Amber is hosting a 16-hands charity lunch fundraiser on Sep. 12 with Hong Kong’s biggest kitchen and bar stars to support efforts in flood relief for Nepal.
A 14-course and -drink menu (HKD4,488 pp.) takes shape with flavours of French, Japanese, Indian, and Chinese cuisine and complimentary aperitive and a four-glass wine pairing.
Chefs and drinks specialists Richard Ekkebus, Stephan Tranchet & Terry Ho of Amber, Manav Tuli of Leela, Matt Abergel of ALWAYS JOY & Yardbird, Gagan Gurung of Tell Camellia, Junior Nadje of Mandarin Grill + Bar, Ryo Matsui of Torikaze Hong Kong, and Marc Mantovani & Clement Mollar of Cristal Room by Anne Sophie Pic join their 16 hands to support the charity initiative with dishes like line caught kinki, stuffed three yellow chicken wing, charcoal-grilled pigeon, le millefeuille blanc, and chocolate tart.
100% of the proceeds for the charity lunch will be donated to the Hong Kong Red Cross’ Nepal Flash Floods Emergency Appeal 2026 supporting humanitarian efforts following the August flash flood and landslides.
