The Philippines’ best restaurant, Toyo Eatery, is arriving in Hong Kong at the beginning of November to join Salisterra in celebrating 15 years of The Upper House in Hong Kong.
Set for Nov. 7, the Mediterranean-meets-Filipino dinner brings together the Manila-based powerhouse, with its grounding of indigenous traditions made modern, and the cooking of Salisterra’s culinary advisor chef Ricardo Chaneton.
The menu is priced at HKD988 per person with a wine pairing costing an additional HKD500.
Over 15 years, The Upper House celebrates two consecutive top five finishes in World’s 50 Best Hotels and a One Key awarding in the recent Michelin Guide Keys rankings.
