MO Bar at The Landmark Mandarin Oriental has a new weekend brunch from December. MO Bar classics like the Nicoise Salad and Boston Lobster Eggs Benedict make an appearance, alongside free-flow champagne, white wine and red wine.

DJs Ivan aka Mr Sit and Roy Malig promise no heavy house beats, but nu-disco, nu-deep house and deep grooves. Hong Kong’s legendary DJ, Roy Malig has been disc jockeying in Hong Kong for over 30 years which has led to a huge collection for all music lovers of bossa nova, old school grooves and old jazz new remixes.

Start with the beyond traditional steak tartare or vegetarian options such as the Mediterranean salad. Seafood lovers may opt for a Lobster Bisque with chunky lobster, pistachio & garden herb cream or crab cake served with lime mayonnaise & frisée salad. Lamb rack with walnut & sourdough crust in cumin jus; classic Angus U.S rib eye beef roasted and lemon ‘brick’ chicken with green olives & pistachio are the choices for main course.

Sweet temptations mastered by the MO Bar culinary team are available by means of homemade waffles and Mascarpone cheesecake and should probably be central to the brunching experience.

$588 for one appetiser, one main course with a side order and one dessert, along with a free-flow of Moet and Chandon champagne, red wine, white wine and soft drinks.
