Brought to us by restaurant group French Creations (of Pastis, Metropolitain etc), Eiffel Bistro is a new spot positioning itself for upscale business lunches or a more chilled family gathering. Taikoo Shing isn’t inundated with French restaurants, so makes for a peaceful backdrop which is now offering lunch and dinner daily, as well as brunch on weekends.

Open kitchen and people-watching windows are reminiscent of a typical Parisian bistro, and the artworks that adorn the walls are inspired by the iconic Eiffel Tower (hence the name). On the menu are primarily French classics–think homemade duck foie gras with seasonal chutney and toasts ($168), and sole meunière with steamed rice and citrus butter ($208). A lunch set (starting from $128) is available on weekdays, and a brunch menu is offered on weekends and public holidays.
