As important as good food is to us, sometimes even restaurants with mediocre grub may win us over with their out-of-this world ambience and decor. Hosted by Restaurant & Bar Hong Kong (RBHK), the premier wining and dining exhibition in Asia, the 2nd annual Hong Kong Restaurant Interior Design Awards (HKRIDA) honours those establishments and their design firms in HK and Macau that go above and beyond in their quest to deliver an exciting environment to their guests – and, luckily for us, the food and drink offered by the winners this year is on a par with their awesome surrounds.
