The Kimoji 2.0 is the new-and-improved version of the original burger, which debuted last summer as a monthly special at Bread & Beast. The newly upgraded burger boasts fresh pear and fried egg on top of the premium smoked beef brisket, kimchi and aged Swiss cheese offered in the original version. The burger is also trying on a new shade with its charcoal brioche bun. 

The limited-time burger is available until the end of April and is priced at $88. With the new burger comes a new chef, with Kaleb Davis joining the team at Bread & Beast. Chef Davis arrives with plenty of experience gleaned from years in the kitchens of Deligator, The Butchers Club Burger and The Peninsula’s Gaddi’s.
