The first of meatmarket.hk’s Cook for Me series of private cooking parties is Sunday brunch by Rhoda Rivera of @plates and bubbles, a pocket-sized foodie who loves to drink her bubbles, has a passion for global cuisines and cooks easy yet delicious dishes.
Participate in preparing and devouring a five-course brunch with three hours of free-flow beer and wine (plus champagne on arrival) at meatmarket.hk’s gorgeous co-share kitchen in Ap Lei Chau. The gut-busting menu starts with a grazing platter, followed by shakshuka sausages, spinach and scallop salad, bacon omelette with salsa and rocket, marinated sirloin and (almost) guilt-free brownies.
