Food-delivery app Deliveroo has opened its first takeaway restaurant in Sai Ying Pun, allowing customers to walk in to either order online in-store for delivery later or to order meals to go from 15 restaurants, including burgers from Beef & Liberty, Crystal Jade’s famous xiao long bao, homemade pasta and pizza from Linguini Fini and Posto Pubblico and Pololi’s Hawaiian-style poké.

In addition to fronting the restaurant, Deliveroo Food Market is the name given to Deliveroo’s awesome service allowing customers to select dishes from different restaurants in a single order for the same delivery fee. Food envy, be gone!

Deliveroo Food Market is a further extension of the company’s Editions programme, shopfronts that act as “virtual kitchens” for a group of neighbourhood restaurants sharing the same kitchen space, with all dishes destined for delivery via Deliveroo.

Now, what’s for lunch?
