Available until 22 April 2019, the A Taste of Guangdong Nostalgic Dining Experience menu at Chinese restaurant Man Hing at Greater China Club is offering guests a taste of vintage Cantonese faves going back decades, curated by veteran chef brothers Heung Chung-Kin and Heung Chung-Tat, who’ve been cooking for the rich and famous of Hong Kong since the late 1960s.

A total of 70 old-school dishes will be up for sampling, from dim sum to soups, main courses and desserts.

We recently headed to Man Hing for a family yum cha excursion and felt privileged to be able to taste some of these blast-from-the-past dishes – go before its too late and they’re gone for good. The classic Chinese serving plates are also a treat.
