Pirata Hong Kong

It would be borderline criminal to exclude the flagship Pirata restaurant from a brunch list. If you’re looking for consistent, high-quality food along with excellent service, you’ll never go wrong with Pirata. It’s hard not to fill up on their antipasti semi-buffet, but be sure to save room for sharing starters like asparagus flan and vitello tonnato (veal, tuna, capers, mayonnaise).
