Jimmy’s Kitchen Hong Kong

All those mourning the relocation of their favourite 92-year-old restaurant, Jimmy’s Kitchen, you’ve been granted another month of the classic HK-style Western cuisine from one of the oldest Western restaurants in Hong Kong.

The shiny new press release from Jimmy’s Kitchen states:

“Due to an overwhelming response from those wanting to celebrate their time and memories at our historic venue, coupled with the government’s stipulation for restaurants to operate at 50% capacity, we have decided to delay the closure until the end of May. We hope that all our guests will still get a chance to reminisce at Jimmy’s once more before it closes and relocates, and we thank you for your continued support. For those who can recall childhood birthdays, anniversary celebrations, family gatherings – we will be serving up our à la carte alongside a special classics menu till the end of May.”

If you have a fond memory of the place, sounds like now’s the time to dig it out of the hippocampus and put it to good use.
