McDonald’s Singapore has announced that the suspended service of all its restaurant operations, including delivery and takeaway, will be enforced until at least 4 May, following the news that seven employees tested positive for COVID-19.

On the back of this news, Singapore’s Mothership.sg has posted some pretty funny ads from Carousell, the auction site frequently used to buy and sell second-hand furniture and other goods. Sellers on the site posted pictures of their recently purchased burgers and fries, offering them up for purchase – at amusingly inflated prices – to those mourning the closure of their favourite fast-food shop.
