Ingredients – mix together in a blender:
- 130ml almond milk or any plant-based milk of your choice
- ¼ avocado
- 1 frozen banana
- 1½ tbsp peanut butter
- 8 dates (regulate the sweetness to your taste)
- 1 tbsp carob powder
Garnish with:
- raspberries, kiwi, dates, granola, sunflower seeds, chia seeds, coconut flakes – it’s up to you!
