We love seeing good restaurants do good things. Ovolo Hotels are the latest in an ever-growing list of inspiring enterprises to introduce a charitable initiative. With fabulous locations in Central, Sheung Wan and Wong Chuk Hang, Ovolo houses some of our favourite restaurants. Now, these restaurants are giving back to the local Hong Kong community and offering some seriously good deals too.
With the Foodie offices stationed in Wong Chuk Hang, it’s safe to say we frequent Kömune and Te Quiero Mucho Taqueria almost too much! We have a particular weakness for TQM’s carnita tacos and salsa trio. We’re also huge fans of groundbreaking vegetarian spot VEDA in Central, which we named Foodie Forks 2019 Editors’ Choice Best Green Eats.
So we have another reason to visit these restaurants with the recently launched One for One initiative. This initiative sees a meal donated to essential medical workers (from health institutions that Ovolo has associations with) when diners purchase any à-la-carte dishes from Te Quiero Mucho, VEDA and Kömune.

On top of the One for One initiative, Ovolo has also introduced the No *Asterix* menu at Te Quiero Mucho and Te Quiero Mucho Taqueria, with all regular dishes available at any time of the day, for takeaway or dine-in, every day of the week for just $40!
