Yep, there really is an International Lobster Day, and it’s on 25 September.
To mark this momentous occasion, Red Lobster Hong Kong is offering us four weeks – officially from 21 September until 18 October – of the largest variety of sustainable lobster dishes the chain has ever showcased in the 852.
