There’s a new free-flow, all-you-can-eat brunch in town! Located conveniently at Pacific Place, LUMI is already a popular spot for weekday lunch and afternoon tea. Now, with their generous new brunch menu, it’s sure to become a weekend favourite too.

The new weekend all-you-can-eat brunch ($339/adult; $169/child) features a diverse menu of French-Japanese fusion dishes, all of which are served in smaller portions, allowing you to try even more dishes. A free-flow package ($180) that includes Prosecco (+$100 to upgrade to Veuve Clicquot) and house red and white wines is available.

Early risers who dine between 10am–12:30pm will be rewarded for their enthusiasm with 20% off their bill! For the vast majority who would rather sleep in at the weekend, the second, full-price round of brunch is from 1–3:30pm.

Here’s a look at just a few of the dishes available:

The shrimp roulade with mentaiko sauce has a crisp exterior resembling that of a Chinese doughnut. These little mouthfuls were certainly moreish, especially paired with that savoury sauce.

A vital addition to any brunch, this menu has a few enticing egg offerings. The eggs Benedict is a solid choice with its rich, buttery hollandaise sauce and perfectly oozy egg.

One of LUMI’s signature dishes is the smoked Atlantic salmon. It truly is a standout dish, with its smoky notes flavouring the delicate, flaky salmon, chunky shrimp-potato salad and satisfyingly runny onsen egg yolk.

The grilled US petite tenderloin with sakura and Toyama shrimp is an alluring tower of juicy steak, crispy shrimp, fava beans and bacon bits, all in a garlicky sauce.

The cashew- and bacon-crusted Chilean sea bass hit us with inviting sweet and nutty aromas. The light fish is elevated by the salty-sweet crust and buttery corn purée.

The white sesame grilled Kobe beef sirloin (+$88) was unbelievably succulent, positively exploding with juicy flavour. The world’s best beef is beautifully highlighted in this simple yet delicious dish.

The shiitake mushroom fettuccine was a little overcooked for our liking, but the earthy mushroom flavour that was further enhanced with the addition of truffle oil was fabulous.

There are a few desserts available, including a mini version of the eatery’s white sesame blancmange, which provided a light, creamy and pleasantly bitter ending to our meal. However, this version is very small, so if you’ve got a sweet tooth, we recommend ordering more than one!


LUMI is a lovely spot to enjoy a lazy weekend brunch. Overall, the brunch is very well priced considering the high calibre of ingredients used, and even though the portions are smaller than their à-la-carte dishes, the sizes are still rather generous, especially given the fact that you can order as much as you want!
