Art, music and fine dining merge at Mandarin Oriental’s Mandarin Grill + Bar in their latest collaboration with gallery Tang Contemporary Art, appropriately named Artistry Moments. The multisensory experience features a four-course menu ($1,688/person; +$988 for champagne pairings), with each dish created specifically to reflect a contemporary art piece by a notable Hong Kong or mainland artist.

Michelin-starred Chef de Cuisine Simon Guthridge has prepared a line-up of tantalising works of art on the plate. Diners can expect decadent ingredients the likes of Alaskan king crab, Japanese amadai fish, caviar and veal tenderloin. A selection of Ruinart champagne will optionally be paired with each dish, as well as a specially curated soundtrack by Musicstyling for a truly immersive experience.

The Artistry Moments menu will be available until Sunday, 29 August.
