At OZONE, the faves of Burger & Lobster from the UK remain on the menu alongside new East-meets-West dishes
What was once a temporary pop-up at The Ritz-Carlton’s rooftop bar OZONE is here for the long haul – we’re thrilled that Burger & Lobster’s iconic burgers, lobsters (especially the lobster served typhoon shelter style with crispy garlic, chilli and spring onion) and lobster rolls from the UK will be available here in Hong Kong until further notice.
Even better, the Burger & Lobster and OZONE teams have collaborated to launch several new dishes that blend traditional British flavours with authentic local tastes. Highlights include the Shaolin Chick (a starter of chicken accented with garlic and dried chilli), The Bulgogi Burger (a six-ounce US beef patty topped with kimchi slaw and kimchi mayo), the fiery Chilli Lobster Roll and a dessert of HK-style French toast, the deep-fried delicacy made famous at cha chaan tengs around town.
Here’s hoping Burger & Lobster is here to stay!
