Hotel ICON’s GREEN x GODIVA Chocolate Afternoon Tea
This special edition of GREEN’s popular afternoon tea collab with GODIVA is dubbed “The World of Astrology”, with the highlight being the array of sweet treats, from chocolate-dipped strawberries to Black Forest chocolate puffs, showcased in the dazzling two-tiered crystal ball. The three-course tea set curated by Executive Chef Danny Ho also includes a trio of starters, a cup of lobster cappuccino and a choice of main course (shout-out to the roasted French quail with GODIVA white chocolate and herb sauce). Alongside each dish, a small piece of chocolate is presented, allowing diners to tailor the amount to their tastes. A GODIVA Hot Chocolate Reindeer and bottomless GODIVA soft serve complete this utterly decadent tea set. What an incredible bang for your buck!

The Park Lane’s Valrhona Chocolate Christmas Tea
The Park Lane’s lobby lounge Ebb & Flow is also getting in on the chocolate action this Christmas season with its partnership with leading chocolate maker Valrhona. Opalys 33% madeleine, Inspiration raspberry and chocolate cream choux, Satilia Lactée 35% chocolate tart, and Guanaja 70% chocolate mousse with mango are some of the choccy headliners, whilst truffled egg salad with caviar sandwich and smoked salmon mousse with salmon roe and sour cream pinwheel delight on the savoury side.

Hyatt Centric’s Festive Afternoon Tea
The Farmhouse is always a winner when it comes to a lavish yet laid-back afternoon tea spread, and this holiday season, Hyatt Centric’s rooftop buffet eatery has outdone itself. In addition to the varied selection of Santa-approved sweets and savouries featured in the three-tiered set (think foie gras mousse tartlet with gingerbread crumble, Brie and truffle croissant, and chestnut Mont Blanc), diners can head to live stations offering made-to-order (and unlimited) mulled-wine-roasted cherries, cinnamon-banana crêpes, and scoops of homemade ice cream in festive flavours like gingerbread cookie and sticky toffee pudding.

Le Salon de Thé de Joël Robuchon’s Christmas Afternoon Tea
Multi-Michelin-starred chef Joël Robuchon’s tea salon presents an indulgently festive tea set, with seating options including tables overlooking LANDMARK’s fabulous annual Christmas display. Highlights include a caviar box with crabmeat, foie gras terrine with raspberry, mint marshmallow on dark chocolate, and orange-cinnamon scones. As a takeaway bonus, each set comes with a wooden “Mount Santa Paws” tree ornament as a lovely memento.

The Ritz-Carlton’s Montblanc Wishing Tree Afternoon Tea
This enchanting afternoon tea experience at The Ritz-Carlton begins in the hotel’s “White Winter Wonderland” lobby, where the resplendent Montblanc Wishing Tree takes pride of place. Here, diners can inscribe their heartfelt Christmas wishes on postcards, to be hung on the tree. Then it’s time to be whisked away to either Café 103 or The Lounge & Bar – both offering breathtaking harbour views – to experience this special afternoon tea collaboration with Montblanc. The stand itself has been stylishly designed to resemble a miniature version of the Wishing Tree, holding a range of delectable German-inspired morsels crafted by Chef de Cuisine Jacky Lo and team.

Regent’s Christmas Afternoon Tea
Over Christmas weekend, the lounge-with-a-view at the newest luxury hotel on the block, the Regent, presents a slap-up afternoon tea by Executive Pastry Chef Andy Yeung and Head Chef Rajiv Chowdhoory that is inclusive of two glasses of Sei Bellissimi Bellini in all its peach-tinged glory. On the food front, elegant savouries – such as a foie gras “tree” with ginger-flavoured milk curd and an assortment of creative finger sandwiches – compete with exquisite sweets that include Chestnut (chestnut cream, tangerine compote, meringue) and Raspberry (tonka-bean mousse, raspberry confit, raspberry crisp).

W’s Enchanted Forest Afternoon Tea
At WOOBAR, the festive teatime offering takes diners on a glam journey through the forest. Premium W caviar, tomato-chocolate quiche, and beef-pastrami profiterole with avocado get things off to a stylishly savoury start, followed by stunning sweets like mushroom-shaped chestnut Mont Blanc, cranberry trifle, and Caraïbe 66% Valrhona chocolate-yuzu cake. Four Seasons’ Festive Takeaway Afternoon Tea
The Four Seasons’ annual dine-in Christmas afternoon teas at Gallery and The Lounge are always a magical treat, but this time, we’d like to highlight the hotel’s festive to-go afternoon tea set, which includes holiday-themed sweet and savoury bites crafted expertly by Executive Pastry Chef Ringo Chan.
