Plaisance by Mauro Colagreco, a project broken ground by three-Michelin-starred Mirazur chef and owner Mauro Colagreco, opens officially today (Dec. 6) for public dining at its exclusive Duddell Street address.

Derived from the French term for “leisure”, the new dining destination invites guests to embark on a delightful journey of culinary pleasure, bringing together flavours from worldly oceanic regions. With a notable theme of our living and breathing ocean, the restaurant features three distinct atmospheres across its three floors. 

Plaisance is located on the first floor of the dining complex, immersing guests in the wonders of the marine universe. Here, guests are treated to chef Mauro’s exquisite culinary journey, featuring a sharp selection of seasonal seafood prepared with ocean-inspired recipes.

On the ground floor, P Lounge by Plaisance offers a casual dining venue designed for all-day indulgence, from business lunches and formal occasions to afternoon tea and dessert dining.

Guests in the basement will find deeper ocean surroundings leading to an exclusive members-only private club, ushering in intimacy within a unique private dining space opening in 2024.
