Now that travel restrictions are totally lifted, four-hands menus are all the rage in Hong Kong these days, with acclaimed chefs from the four corners of the globe jetting here to guest at fine-dining restaurants around town.

One of the most exclusive four-hands experiences is happening at two-Michelin-starred Arbor next week, when chef Eric Räty joins forces with Yusuke Takada, the chef-owner of equally two-starred La Cime in Osaka (also ranking at number 8 on Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants 2023), for dinner on Dec. 11 and lunch and dinner on Dec. 12. Though the menu is set to be a surprise, we can undoubtedly expect exquisite Nordic, French, and Japanese flavours and techniques by this masterful chef duo.

The four-hands lunch menu is priced at HKD1,088 per person, whilst dinner is priced at HK$3,888 per person. If you’re up for even more of a splurge, wine pairings can be included for an additional HKD1,500. As expected, tables are now limited!
