Red Sugar, Kerry Hotel’s rooftop lounge oasis, is celebrating the appointment of Niklas Forslin to the role of Head Mixologist with a nod to Nick’s Nordic roots and a tip of the hat to his former watering hole, award-winning bar Tjoget in Stockholm, Sweden. Incredibly, Tjoget placed on The World’s 50 Best Bars list nine years in a row thanks to Nick’s pioneering approach to mixology.

This is Tjoget’s first international cocktail collab, which sees an exclusive Scandinavian-inspired cocktail menu featuring 12 drinks that champion a pared-back approach whilst championing meticulously sourced ingredients and Red Sugar’s signature Asian flavours.

On the newly launched “Midnight Sun” menu at Red Sugar are beauties like Pomelo & Dill, a Nordic-style gimlet with dill and elderflower that’s given an Asian twist with the addition of pomelo, and Beetroot, an earthy blend of Scotch, dark chocolate, beetroot, and lemon.
