Chotto Maki, a Canadian-American-inspired sushi-roll joint, has announced the introduction of Hong Kong’s first-ever sushi pizza creation to munch on at the chain’s Central and Wan Chai locations.

Featuring three flavours – Sea Lover, Canadian, and Tuna N’ Cream, sushi pizza slices are priced at HKD58, HKD378 for a 12”-pizza with eight slices, and HKD398 for half-and-half flavours

The Sea Lover includes a seasoned and chopped scallop base with fresh salmon sashimi, edamame, and house special sauce topping the slices. For Western flavours, the Canadian brings imitation crabmeat with fresh tuna sashimi, yellow pickles, and spicy mayo.

If you’re feeling spicy, get the Tuna N’ Cream with a chopped tuna base, cream cheese, tamago, and truffle mayo. Don’t miss out on this creative slice today!
