The Pizza Bar on 38th is famous for its pizza alla pala, a unique Roman-style pizza. Chef Daniele pays homage to his roots whilst incorporating premium Japanese ingredients, resulting in a harmonious blend of flavours.
During the pop-up event, guests can indulge in a variety of freshly baked gourmet pizzas. Experience the simplicity and freshness of Japanese yellow and purple cauliflower, as well as the delightful flavours of fresh mountain vegetables.
The hand-harvested San Marzano Solania tomato adds a burst of freshness. For a unique twist, try the creamy Bafun sea urchin from Hokkaido or the artisan Napoli fior di latte mozzarella.

Indulge in a delightful journey that includes a starter, seven slices of signature gourmet pizzas, and a mouthwatering dessert at either lunch or dinner, with bookings available from 11:30AM to 1:30PM, 1:45PM to 3:45PM, 6PM to 8PM, and 8:15PM to 10:15PM.
