The legendary The Pizza Bar on 38th from Mandarin Oriental, Tokyo, is making a welcome return to The Landmark Mandarin Oriental this January 2024.

Executive chef Daniele Cason and his talented team are set to delight diners with authentic gourmet pizzas straight from the oven. Don’t miss this sizzling pop-up experience from Jan. 15–28, 2024.

The Pizza Bar on 38th is famous for its pizza alla pala, a unique Roman-style pizza. Chef Daniele pays homage to his roots whilst incorporating premium Japanese ingredients, resulting in a harmonious blend of flavours.

During the pop-up event, guests can indulge in a variety of freshly baked gourmet pizzas. Experience the simplicity and freshness of Japanese yellow and purple cauliflower, as well as the delightful flavours of fresh mountain vegetables

The hand-harvested San Marzano Solania tomato adds a burst of freshness. For a unique twist, try the creamy Bafun sea urchin from Hokkaido or the artisan Napoli fior di latte mozzarella

This January, The Pizza Bar on 38th pop-up is offering a tantalising tasting menu. Indulge in a delightful journey that includes a starter, seven slices of signature gourmet pizzas, and a mouthwatering dessert at either lunch or dinner, with bookings available from 11:30AM to 1:30PM, 1:45PM to 3:45PM, 6PM to 8PM, and 8:15PM to 10:15PM.
