In a wicked celebration of the glorious seasonal ingredients, Grand Hyatt’s Italian restaurant Grissini is hosting an exclusive black and white truffle dinner from 6:30PM on Jan. 12.

Chef de cuisine Valerio Mandile will infuse Italian-harvested black and white truffles into a new seasonal menu crafted to complement the strong aromatic aroma and umami flavour of the truffles. The white truffle holds a distinct garlic note, whilst the black truffle is nuttier and earthier in nature.

The eight-course menu blends Piedmontese truffles with New Caledonian blue prawn carpaccio, buffalo-mozzarella-stuffed bottoni with langoustine and crustacean emulsion, and foie-gras-filled guinea fowl.

The price of the truffle menu is HKD2,880 per person. Book your table here now as spots are expected to go fast!
