World-defining three-Michelin-starred Cantonese restaurant Forum has introduced a series of three pre-cooked frozen meals available for purchase – so now you can enjoy these signature dishes created at the legendary venue in the comfort of your own home.

With the trio of braised goose web and mushroom in abalone sauce, braised oxtail, and pig-lung soup with apricot kernel, the restaurant uses a new rapid freezing technology to prepare the meals for ready storage without disrupting the flavours and textures of executive chef Adam Wong’s creations.

The three frozen meals only require one to heat the vacuum package in water for 10 minutes and – voilà! – you can dine on three-starred Cantonese delicacies at home.

The frozen meal products are available to purchase at Forum, the restaurant’s online shop, or J’s Garden.
