Central Market is welcoming the love from The Mochiffon Cake, a first in the Hong Kong dessert market blending light, fluffy chiffon cake with the bounce of mochi.

Located on the market’s first floor, the cake shop offers Mochiffon cakes in a variety of trendy flavours such as matcha red bean, triple pistachio cheesecake, tiramisu, Earl Grey chocolate, and strawberry.

The store sells four types of cakes, including the small Mochiffon cake, a six-inch celebration cake, a four-inch mini cake, and Rochi cake, a blend of mochi and roll cake.
