Top modern Malaysian restaurant Eat and Cook is arriving in Hong Kong next Friday, Jan. 19, to host a special dinner at Rêveri exploring the fine flavours of Malaysia’s diverse culinary culture.

Chef Lee Zhe Xi’s Michelin-recommended restaurant is preparing an eight-course menu at Rêveri in Sheung Wan, with prices starting at HKD1,380 per person. The menu includes both classic recipes and modern renditions such as dried seafood-braised peanuts, cold asam-smoked fish, XO chilli lobster, and apam balik 3.0.

Tickets can be purchased here to join the night, in collaboration with Perrier-Jouet, Plantin Kaviari, and San Pellegrino.
