African food is a real rarity in Hong Kong. Africa Center in Tsim Sha Tsui, a space dedicated to Hong Kong’s African community and promoter of African culture, is changing that with a weekly Friday pop-up sharing the flavours of Ethiopia.

From 7PM to 9PM every Friday at their Tsim Sha Tsui location, chefs at Africa Center are preparing traditional food and coffee from the East African country. Plates include delights such as the popular Ethiopian and Eritrean flatbread injera, chicken stew doro wat, and misir wat lentil stew.

Foodies interested in joining the weekly pop-up can buy tickets and find out more information on Eventbrite.
