Local craft brewery Yardley Brothers have announced the fourth return of their beloved Mango Sticky Mango Imperial Gose on Mar. 2, after first being brewed and shared with the public in October 2020.
Inspired in name and taste by the familiar Thai dessert, the Mango Sticky Mango beer brings sweet-salty notes of rice, coconut, and mango to the palate. The beer is brewed with Taihong Number 1 mangoes, fresh coconut, sugarcane, yeast, and Himalayan pink salt.
The beer is described as a “thick tropical sunset in the glass […] rounded out with a subtle gose saline goodness”. We bet this 12%-strength beer will treat you well, offering a sweet and juicy finish.
Craft beer aficionados can pick up their 12-pack of Mango Sticky Mango Imperial Gose at the Yardley Brothers’ taproom at 62 Peel Street during the launch party from 3PM on Mar. 2. The beer will also be available across Hong Kong at a number of bottle shops and bars.
