Introduced last year in addition to their á-la-carte menu, Zuma is beefing up their skewer offerings with a new Izakaya Night menu (HKD298 pp) that promises a free-flow of drinks and selection of skewers to try.
The set features five skewers, including shishito pepper with goma ponzu, sweetcorn with shiso butter, chicken wings with sake, sea salt, and lime, tsukune chicken with onsen tamago and soy sauce, and Angus beef with soy, garlic, ginger, and chilli.
On top of the skewer selection, enjoy 90 minutes of unlimited Japanese beer, sake, and highballs of your choosing. The menu is available every Monday through Wednesday from 6:30PM to 9:30PM.
