Conrad Hong Kong announced the opening of their glitzy Champagne Bar within the hotel’s Pacific Bar to savour 15 different French champagne producers by the glass.

Beverage manager Stanley Wan has curated the menu of bottles from esteemed producers in Champagne, France, zeroing in on five small artisanal producers from the Hautvillers, Verzenay, Vallée de la Marne, and Vallée de l’Indre vineyards.

Champagne, starting at HKD140 per glass, can be enjoyed in five glass varieties presented by the bar staff on the champagne trolley. Options include the popular classic flute, bulb-shaped grand blanc, and wide-rimmed tulip.
