The InterContinental Grand Stanford has officially announced the reopening of The Mistral, the hotel’s signature Italian restaurant, promising vibrant Italian fare and stunning vistas of Victoria Harbour.

Chef Fabio Guaglione joins the restaurant to inject Neapolitan flair into the locally sourced menu, celebrating regional specialities from Italy. The signature Sunday Harbour View Brunch returns with fine Italian gourmet plates.

Dig into Alaskan crab legs, an antipasti table with a spread of Parma ham, mortadella, ox tongue, and artisanal cheeses, homemade pasta, and mains like Australian Wagyu tenderloin with foie gras mousse and pan-baked haddock.
