German street food pop-up hosted by chef Peter Find at W Hong Kong till May 4

Chef Peter Find of fine-dining German restaurant Heimat is returning to W Hong Kong for another collaboration at WOOBAR, this time promoting German street food.

From Apr. 19 till May 4, 6PM till 10PM, chef Peter’s traditional German snacks will be packaged at the sky-high Kowloon bar alongside German beer.

On the menu, expect to dig into German currywurst sausage (a rarity in Hong Kong), laugen semmel hackfleisch (burger patties paired with pretzel buns), baked German noodles with cheese, and potato cake with apple compote.
