Launched by chef Vinny Lauria, fond of the Connecticut pizza rendition during his youth spent growing up in New Jersey and New York, the New Haven pizza is made with a thin crust and cooked in a coal-fired oven according to a Neapolitan pizza recipe. 

The New Haven pizza offers a delectable bite, charred crust, and chewy texture. The salty melted cheese and tangy tomato sauce are brought front and centre, with the toppings making a scene.

When ordering a pizza at FINI’S, you can select either the standard 18-inch New York-style pizza or 12-inch New Haven thin-crust pizza. We recommend the Margherita (HKD208/HKD388), Brooklyn Special (HKD208/HKD388), and The Smash Burger (HKD248/HKD398).
